A Place to Work, Live, and Play at Hudson Mill

Entrepreneur Rob Ferrino has over two decades of experience in the construction industry. A mechanical engineer, he founded general construction firm Madison Construction and later spun off a unit that is now Three Corners Development. Rob Ferrino is the CEO of the two Illinois-based companies, which are both involved in the over $150 million-dollar Judson Mill redevelopment project.

A former textile factory built in 1911, Judson Mill, in Greenville, South Carolina, has a total area of 36 acres and is undergoing redevelopment as a mixed-use property. The project’s owners and developers are Three Corners Development and Belmont Sayre, with Madison Construction as the general contractor. Slated to be fully completed in 2023, the project will have a total footprint of 850,000 gross square feet. To avoid inconvenience, all site work will be completed at the same time.

Space will be allocated for commercial use, residential apartments and lofts, offices, light industry,, and retail. The residential spaces will feature full amenities and will target teachers, firefighters, police officers, and other young professionals who are being priced out of the central business district of Greenville. It will also have numerous parking spaces. When completed, it will be a place where people can live, work, and play, reinvigorating the Greenville area.
